1. Digital Products

Mahinvest eBook sells digital eBooks delivered electronically. No physical products are shipped.

2. No Refunds for Change of Mind

Due to the digital nature of our products, we generally do not offer voluntary refunds or exchanges if you change your mind, purchase the wrong eBook, or no longer want the product.

This policy does not affect any mandatory consumer rights applicable to your purchase.

3. Download or Access Problems

If you cannot download or access your purchased eBook, please contact us at support@mahinvest.com.

Please provide:

Your order number
The email address used at checkout
A description of the problem
A screenshot or error message, if available

We will investigate the issue and try to restore access or provide a working download.

If we cannot resolve a verified delivery or access problem, we will provide an appropriate remedy, including a refund where required by applicable law.

4. Defective or Incorrect Digital Products

If your eBook is corrupted, materially incomplete, or different from the product description, please contact us with your order details.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy under applicable law. This may include a replacement file, an updated download, a price reduction, or a refund.

5. European Union and Denmark Customers

Consumers in the European Union and Denmark may have a legal right to withdraw from online purchases.

For digital content delivered immediately, the exception to the withdrawal right generally requires:

Your express consent to begin digital delivery during the withdrawal period
Your acknowledgment that you will lose the withdrawal right once delivery begins
Confirmation of your consent and acknowledgment on a durable medium

A general no-refund policy does not override mandatory consumer rights.

Your legal rights concerning defective or non-conforming digital content remain unaffected.
