Delivery of Digital Products
All digital products (e.g., design files, templates, software, or e-books) are delivered instantly or within 24 hours after payment confirmation. You will receive a download link via email. Please check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it.

Physical Products (if any)
For any physical merchandise (e.g., printed designs, merch, or art prints):

• Processing time: 1–3 business days

• Shipping options: Standard (3–7 business days) or Express (1–3 business days)

• Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination

International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
